ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

You understand that Generated Content should not automatically be considered factual or authoritative.

You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before using it.

You should independently verify important information, particularly information involving:

Financial decisions
Legal matters

Software deployed to production
Business decisions

Safety-critical situations

AstraProject does not guarantee that Generated Content will be accurate or suitable for your intended purpose.

AI-generated responses should not be treated as a replacement for qualified professional advice.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent that you own the applicable rights in that Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, or otherwise use Content through AstraProject.

You must not upload Content that you are legally prohibited from sharing or processing.

LICENSE TO OPERATE THE SERVICE

To the extent necessary to provide the Services, you grant AstraProject the permissions required to host, transmit, process, store, display, and otherwise handle your User Content in accordance with your instructions and the applicable privacy and service configuration.

This license exists only to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Services, unless otherwise disclosed to you.

AstraProject does not acquire ownership of your User Content solely because you use the Services.

GENERATED CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may use Generated Content produced through your use of AstraProject.

However, AI-generated Content may not always qualify for intellectual-property protection.

You are responsible for determining whether Generated Content can legally be used for your intended purpose.

Generated Content may also be similar to content generated for other users.

AstraProject does not guarantee that Generated Content will be unique.

THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS

AstraProject may use or provide access to technology operated by Third-Party Providers.

Third-Party Providers may impose their own:

Your use of a particular model or integration may therefore be subject to additional terms.

You agree to use AstraProject responsibly and lawfully.

SECURITY

You must not attempt to compromise the security of AstraProject.

BILLING

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Where automatic renewal applies, your subscription may automatically renew for the applicable billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The renewal price will be the price applicable to your subscription at the time of renewal, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation mechanisms provided by AstraProject or the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation may prevent future renewals but may not automatically result in a refund for a billing period that has already started, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms, payment provider, subscription plan, and applicable law.

Where AstraProject offers a refund policy, that policy will govern the applicable transaction.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

AstraProject may provide promotional pricing, trials, discounts, credits, or other offers.

Open-source components may be governed by their own licenses.

Where applicable, those licenses will continue to apply to the relevant components.

If AstraProject provides an API, your API usage may be subject to additional documentation, technical limits, authentication requirements, and API-specific terms.

You must not use the API to:

Resell unauthorized access
Abuse infrastructure
Attack third-party systems
Generate excessive automated traffic
Share private API credentials

You are responsible for protecting API keys and credentials associated with your account.

DESKTOP APPLICATION

AstraProject may provide desktop applications for supported operating systems.

You may only install and use the desktop application on systems for which you have appropriate authorization.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware and operating-system requirements.

System requirements may change over time.

SOFTWARE UPDATES

AstraProject may automatically provide updates, patches, security fixes, improvements, and new versions.

Some updates may be required to continue using certain Services.

BETA FEATURES

AstraProject may provide experimental or beta features.
